How We Review

Our Review Process

Every product on this site goes through the same structured evaluation before we publish. The goal is a clear, evidence-based picture of what a supplement does, what it doesn’t, and whether it is worth the money.

  1. Ingredient analysis. We identify each active ingredient and cross-reference it against published, peer-reviewed research.
  2. Dosage evaluation. We compare the amounts on the label to the doses actually used in clinical studies โ€” an ingredient at the wrong dose rarely does much.
  3. Manufacturer transparency. We look for signals such as FDA-registered facilities, GMP certification, and third-party testing.
  4. User feedback. We aggregate real user experiences from public sources to see how a product performs outside of marketing claims.
  5. Safety screening. We flag potential interactions, contraindications, and who should avoid a product.
  6. Value assessment. We compare cost per serving against alternatives with similar evidence.

How We Rate

Our rating reflects our own editorial assessment based on the process above. It is not a paid placement and is not supplied by the manufacturer. A high rating means the evidence, dosing, and transparency held up; a lower one means they did not.

Updates & Corrections

Formulas change and new research is published, so we revisit reviews over time. The “Updated” date on each review reflects its most recent check. If you believe something is inaccurate, contact us and we will review and correct it.
