How to Make It
- Bring your water to just below boiling — around 200°F. Boiling water can make chamomile taste slightly bitter, so letting it cool for about 30 seconds off the heat makes a difference.
- Place your chamomile tea bags or loose-leaf chamomile in a mug or heat-safe measuring cup. Pour the hot water over the chamomile and steep for 5 full minutes, covered if possible to trap the aromatic oils.
